Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on 54bd4 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 54bd4 does not accept deposits in foreign currency. The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the approved payment channels listed below.
Deposit Conditions
The following conditions apply to all deposits made to a 54bd4 account:
- The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold may not be credited to your account.

Withdrawal Conditions

- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 54bd4 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- All active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal request containing bonus-derived funds can be approved.
- 54bd4 may require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until satisfactory verification is completed.
- 54bd4 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 BST (UTC+6). Requests submitted after this time are processed on the following business day. Processing times may vary during peak periods such as BPL season.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
54bd4 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL season, IPL season, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonuses must be rolled over the required number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met. They may not be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged in any way.
- Bonuses are valid for a limited period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting unless specified otherwise. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically.
- 54bd4 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including in cases of suspected abuse, technical error, or changes to product availability.
- Players who are found to be exploiting bonus structures, creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, or engaging in any form of bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and may face permanent account closure.
Section 4
Prohibited Conduct
Players must use the 54bd4 platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following actions constitute a serious breach and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with the platform, or circumvent any security or fairness mechanism.
- Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game, match, or event available on the 54bd4 platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided without exception.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities.

- Threatening, harassing, or abusing 54bd4 staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel including the support system.
54bd4 employs fraud detection systems that monitor all accounts and transactions continuously. Accounts flagged by these systems may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. 54bd4's decisions regarding prohibited conduct are final.

Intellectual Property
All content on the 54bd4 platform, including but not limited to software code, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, data, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the exclusive property of 54bd4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the 54bd4 platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, transmitted, or adapted without the prior written consent of 54bd4.
The 54bd4 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of 54bd4. Unauthorised use of the 54bd4 name or brand identity in any context — including social media, affiliate marketing, or third-party applications — without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Section 6
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 54bd4 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, 54bd4 shall not be liable for any of the following:
- Any loss of funds resulting from a player's decision to gamble, including losses incurred due to game outcomes, odds movements, or bet settlement decisions made in accordance with the platform's rules.
- Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, or circumstances beyond 54bd4's reasonable control.
- Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the 54bd4 platform, even if 54bd4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where such access resulted from the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
